The bathroom has also received previous updates, and the apartment offers good closet space throughout. Rental Features The kitchen includes a new stainless-steel smooth-top range and refrigerator. The apartment has electric heat, with window air conditioning permitted if desired. There is no on-site laundry, garage, or basement. Parking is available on the street only. Utilities & Pets Landlord pays water. Tenant is responsible for electric and trash service. There is no gas service. There is no lawn to maintain; tenant is responsible for snow removal from the sidewalk in front of the unit. One or two cats are permitted for a total additional pet fee of $35 per month.
