This apartment is situated in a quaint neighborhood with majority homeowners. The unit has three bedrooms with large closets for storage and 1.5 bathrooms. The kitchen connects with the living room for an open concept area with lots of natural light from the large picture windows. There is a large basement with space for storage and a hook-up for your own washer and dryer. There is a two car garage with one space designated for both the lower and upper units, in addition to additional storage space. The backyard allows space to enjoy the outdoors, as well as a small balcony off of the main bedroom. -This is a month-to-month lease. -The rental application asks for employment and income, rental history (no evictions within the last two years), credit score (600+) and a background check. -There is a $24.99 charge to complete the credit report and background check through the online application process. Those funds do not come to us but are sent directly to the companies to receive the needed information. The credit report is a soft hit. -All adults that will be living in the unit must complete the rental application. -One full month of rent which is $1150 and a $1000 security deposit are required at the time of the lease signing. -Tenants are required to get renters insurance within 30 days of moving into the unit.
