The apartment is close to a major highway, though separated by a large barrier. Smoking is not allowed, and any smoking will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund for the entire stay. The charge to remediate smoking is the actual costs of complete environmental remediation or $3,000, whichever is lower. Please avoid excessive noise, as excessive noise violations after the first complaint will result in cancellation of the reservation with no refund. Keep the apartment, furniture, dishes, linens, and towels reasonably clean during your stay. Please only use the black towels for makeup removal. If you are staying in a pet-friendly apartment, pet waste should be cleaned up and disposed of in the outside trash. Please contact us immediately if there is damage to anything in the apartment or the property so we can address it as soon as possible. If there is damage to the apartment and we are not notified, it can result in cancellation of the reservation. Missing or destroyed fixtures or personal property will result in the actual replacement cost plus a restocking fee of $50.
