Smoking is prohibited, and any smoking will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund for the entire stay. The charge to remediate smoking is the actual costs of complete environmental remediation or $3,000, whichever is lower. Please avoid excessive noise, as excessive noise violations after the first complaint will result in cancellation of the reservation with no refund. Keep the apartment, furniture, dishes, linens, and towels reasonably clean during your stay. Please only use the black towels for makeup removal. If you are staying in a pet-friendly apartment, pet waste should be cleaned up and disposed of in the outside trash. If there is damage to the apartment and we are not notified, it can result in cancellation of the reservation.
