The Zoo is .25 miles away, and State Fair Park and the Pettit Center are 1/2 mile away. The Milwaukee Regional Medical Center and Am Fam Park are 1 mile away. There is a bus stop a 3-minute walk away that will take you anywhere in the city. The apartment is close to a major highway, separated by a large barrier. Smoking is prohibited, and any smoking will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund for the entire stay. The charge to remediate smoking is the actual costs of complete environmental remediation or $3,000, whichever is lower. Please avoid excessive noise. Excessive noise violations after the first complaint will result in cancellation of the reservation with no refund. Keep the apartment, furniture, dishes, linens, and towels reasonably clean during your stay. Please only use the black towels for makeup removal. If you are staying in a pet-friendly apartment, pet waste should be cleaned up and disposed of in the outside trash. Please contact us immediately if there is damage to anything in the apartment or the property so we can address it as soon as possible. If there is damage to the apartment and we are not notified, it can result in cancellation of the reservation. Pets are not allowed on the premises without advance written permission, and the penalty for this violation is the actual costs of complete environmental remediation or $3,000, whichever is lower.
