Please avoid excessive noise, as excessive noise violations after the first complaint will result in cancellation of the reservation with no refund. Keep the apartment, furniture, dishes, linens, and towels reasonably clean during your stay. Dirty towels and linens can be washed in the washer and dryer. Kitchen supplies should not be ruined or full of old food when you check out. Please only use the black towels for makeup removal. If you are staying in a pet-friendly apartment, pet waste should be cleaned up and disposed of in the outside trash.
