Street parking is often available throughout the neighborhood: metered parking with a 2-hour time limit from 8am-4pm Mon-Sat, metered parking with no time limit from 4pm-9pm Mon-Sat, and free parking with no time limit on Sundays (use MKE Park app to remotely pay the meter). Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one. Overnight street parking is prohibited from December 1st to March 1st. Just around the corner are loads of quality restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, and a park, with easily accessible public transportation. Fiserv Forum and Baird Center are only a block away, making this an ideal location. It's also walkable to Pabst Theater, Marcus Performing Arts Center, 3rd St. Market Hall, and countless restaurants and bars. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
