This cozy cottage property was built in 1926 and back in the day was the host location of large family gatherings. We can’t even imagine this! Our most recent tenant lived here for 11 years and stayed because of the cozy feel plus the fenced in backyard and the deck in the front of the house. We will be making some refresh upgrades during the month of October and have it ready for an 11/1 move in: new carpeting in living room and bedrooms, new bathroom vanity, repairs to a variety of doors and cabinets, fresh paint throughout. There is a single car garage with plenty of room for a second car. Your dog or cat is welcome. (Except for some dog breeds which are not allowed by our home owners insurance: pit bulls, German shepherds, A few things for you to consider: Tenants of our single family homes cut the grass and remove snow in the winter. We will provide a lawn mower. Shovels are available for shoveling. We recognize some people do not prefer this. The house does not have central air.
