This apartment is in a building where weddings are occasionally held on various Friday or Saturday nights during the summer, and music can be heard from the DJ's music, which ends at 12 am sharp. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses are allowed. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces, and a $150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply. Quiet time is after 10 pm.
