This apartment comfortably sleeps four with a queen bed in each bedroom and has flexible seating areas. The apartment features high-end amenities including granite countertops, beautiful hardwood floors, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Amenities include a Smart TV with Airplay, self check-in, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a kitchen island with barstool seating. Reserved parking is not included. The 500 N Broadway Lot and Huron Garage are the two closest options for reserved parking. All within two blocks are the Third Ward neighborhood, Riverside Theater, Milwaukee Public Market, the Riverwalk, Anodyne Coffee, and countless restaurants and bars. The painted walls in the bathroom have some visible streaks, but it is merely cosmetic and should not impact your stay. Only one set of keys will be provided, and lockout fees of $180 will be passed on if incurred. The bedroom has roller shades, however guests can expect some morning light to filter through the windows. This apartment is in a building where weddings are occasionally held on various Friday or Saturday nights during the summer, and music can be heard from the DJ's music, which ends at 12 am sharp. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses are allowed. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces, and a $150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply. Quiet time is after 10 pm. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Lockouts will result in a $180 fee per occurrence. Includes a dedicated workspace. Metered street parking is often available throughout the neighborhood, and 2-hour time limits apply from 8 am-6 pm Mon-Fri and 8 am-6 pm Saturday.
