Amenities include a smart TV, self check-in, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen features an island with barstool seating. Reserved parking is not included. The 500 N Broadway Lot and Huron Garage are the two closest options for reserved parking. Metered street parking is often available throughout the neighborhood, and loading zones are often available directly outside the building. All within two blocks you'll find the Third Ward neighborhood, Riverside Theater, Milwaukee Public Market, the Riverwalk, Anodyne Coffee, and countless restaurants and bars. Only one set of keys will be provided, so it's extremely important to handle them carefully as the apartment door locks automatically. Guests can expect some morning light to filter through the windows. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses are allowed. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply). Quiet time is after 10pm. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Lockouts will result in a $180 fee per occurrence.
