Metered street parking is often available throughout the neighborhood and 2-hour time limits apply from 8am-6pm Mon-Fri and 8am-6pm Saturday. All within two blocks are the Third Ward neighborhood, Riverside Theater, Milwaukee Public Market, the Riverwalk, Anodyne Coffee, and countless restaurants and bars. Overnight street parking is prohibited from December 1st to March 1st. Loading zones are often available directly outside the building. It's important to handle the keys carefully as the apartment door locks automatically, copies are very difficult to obtain, and fees of $180 will be incurred for lockouts and for each set of lost keys. The bedroom has roller shades, however guests can expect some morning light to filter through the windows. For most people this won't be a problem but light sleepers may want to bring an eye mask. This apartment is in a building where weddings are occasionally held on various Friday or Saturday nights during the summer, and music can sometimes be heard from the DJ's music, which ends at 12am sharp and should not be very loud inside the apartment itself. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces, and a minimum $500 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply. Quiet time is after 10pm. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Lockouts will result in a $180 fee per occurrence.
