Free daytime street parking is available on Mineral St and on Washington St. Overnight street parking is restricted to specific streets, such as Mineral, Washington, 3rd St, and the west side of 2nd St, but not allowed on the east side of 2nd St. Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights when including Saturday which isn't enforced) by calling the city at on the day you'd like to start parking and requesting a Temporary Night Parking Permit. If street parking is needed for 4+ nights, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration. Located a 5-minute drive to Third Ward and a 15-minute drive to General Mitchell airport, this apartment is walkable to grocery and convenience stores, The Ivy House event space, and the city's best restaurants and bars along 2nd St and throughout the neighborhood. Access to the mailbox and package room is only provided to long-term guests (30+ day stays), and we are not responsible for items delivered to the building. No smoking is allowed, and a $150 fee will be assessed for violations. Quiet time is after 10pm.
