Its space and modern amenities are much more than you would expect from a studio apartment. The inviting full bathroom is completely private and separated from the main room. It is stocked with all essential toiletries, so you don’t have to worry about packing anything extra. There is no parking included in this listing. There is parking throughout the neighborhood including meter and free street parking. The city of Milwaukee requires permits for overnight parking on the street. You will be able to get up to 3 nights by calling the city or by filling out an online form. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet. For stays of 1-7 nights, the fee is $25 per night. For stays of 8-29 nights, the fee is $200. For stays of 30+ nights, the fee is $300. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. The safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, no exceptions. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys: $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check-in/check-out at a fee of $25 per hour. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee, no exceptions. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. Some stays have auto-locking doors so keep the keys on you. We have noise monitors installed in our units (it does not record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. Includes an office desk and chair, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a 4K 55" HDR Smart TV. A laptop computer is not included.
