This studio features a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, coffee maker plus coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, trays, glasses, silverware, and pots and pans. The bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries. Enjoy amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi and a 4K 55" HDR Smart TV. There is no parking included. However, the city of Milwaukee requires permits for overnight parking on the street, and you will be able to get up to 3 nights by calling the city or by filling out an online form. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. For units that permit pets, pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house.
