If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. If pets are brought without prior notice, a $500 fee will apply. Noise monitors are installed in the units that measure noise levels in decibels only and do not record sounds or conversations. Tampering with the device will result in a fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning.
