The studio features a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, coffee maker plus coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, trays, glasses, silverware, pots, and pans. The living area includes a 4K 55" HDR smart TV and reading lamps. The bathroom is stocked with towels, hand towels, washcloths, and essential toiletries. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation cancelled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 Nights: additional $25/night, 8-29 Nights: additional $200, 30+ Nights: additional $300. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. Nestled in a central and very desirable location on Milwaukee's popular East Side neighborhood, you’ll be just steps away from an array of restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, water sports, biking, sightseeing, and more. The Milwaukee Art Museum, Lakefront Brewery, and Urban Harvest Brewing Company are a short drive or bike ride away. Visitors can sample classic Wisconsin cheese curds at the popular Comet Cafe, enjoy fresh seafood at St. Paul Fish Company, or indulge in delicious vegan fare at the Green Kitchen. The East Side is home to some of the best bars, nightclubs, and music venues in Milwaukee. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the noise monitors installed in the unit are tampered with, there will be a fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a charge of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee. If you bring a pet(s) without letting us know beforehand for the fees, there will be a fine of $500 if discovered. All guests must be 23 years old and above.
