The living room sofa may serve as a sleeping area, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, community kitchen and lounge, community outdoor deck with grills, smart TV, self check-in, high-speed Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace/dining table (when Murphy bed is not in use), a private balcony, and in-unit laundry. Reserved parking is not included. Free daytime street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights when including Saturday which isn't enforced) by calling the city at on the day you'd like to start parking and requesting a Temporary Night Parking Permit. If street parking for 4+ nights is needed, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration. Located just 2 blocks from Brady St and a 5-minute drive to McKinley beach, Downtown Milwaukee, and St. Mary's hospital. This home is walkable to grocery stores, convenience stores, and countless bars and restaurants. Ages 21+ to book. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply). Quiet time after 10pm. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
