The living room sofa may serve as an additional sleeping area, however, it does not have a pull-out bed. Amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, smart TV, self-check-in, high-speed Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace/dining table (when the Murphy bed is not in use), a private balcony, and in-unit laundry. Reserved parking is not included. Free daytime street parking is available throughout the neighborhood on Jackson St and on Pleasant St. Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free for up to 3 nights (or 4 nights when including Saturday which isn't enforced). If street parking is needed for 4+ nights, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration. All within two blocks, you'll find cafes, breweries, a grocery store, a brunch restaurant, a beercade, the Riverwalk, and several restaurants and bars. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses are allowed. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply). Quiet time is after 10 pm. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
