All within three blocks, you'll find the Third Ward shopping district, Summerfest grounds, the Riverwalk, coffee shops, and countless restaurants and bars. No smoking is allowed, and a $150 fee will be assessed for violations. Quiet time is after 10pm. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. Alternate side street parking: on even-numbered days, park on the side of the street with even house numbers; on odd-numbered days, park on the side of the street with odd house numbers. Overnight street parking is restricted to specific streets, e.g., allowed on Jackson St and Jefferson St (south of Chicago St only), also allowed on Buffalo St and Menomonee St. Free street parking spaces are available directly outside the building, with 2-hour time limits from 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
