The living room is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the company of friends and family while watching a good movie or a show. Stylish interior design with carefully picked amenities and decorations make up for this lovely space. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen in which you can easily prepare your favorite, delicious meals. Its space and modern amenities are much more than you would expect from a 1-bedroom apartment. A cozy dining table is between the kitchen and the living room sofa, perfect for those who want to enjoy a delicious meal while having the TV on. The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed designed to provide you with the perfect resting experience. Besides the hotel-like comfort, the bedroom is furnished to meet all your business needs. The inviting full bathroom is completely private and separated from the main room, stocked with all essential toiletries, so you don’t have to worry about packing anything extra. One parking space is included at The Brewery Parking Structure a few blocks away. If you need additional parking, it is $20 per day, but may raise if there are events going on. Sofa and queen floor mattress can also be used for extra guests. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 nights is $25 per night, 8-29 nights is $200, and 30+ nights is $300. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. Guest verification is required to abide by all legal requirements and building security rules. You may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking. You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal. While we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our community and our efforts to be a considerate neighbor. Noise monitors are installed in the unit (it does not record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. No parties or events or gatherings. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, no exceptions. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys: $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check-in or check-out at a fee of $25 per hour. You must message us 24 hours beforehand to see if we can authorize this request. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee, no exceptions. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. Some stays have auto-locking doors so keep the keys on you. The bedroom is furnished to meet all your business needs with an office desk, a 21.5-inch monitor, and a chair. A laptop computer is not included.
