One parking space is included at The Brewery Parking Structure a few blocks away. If you need additional parking, it is $20 per day, but may raise if there are events going on. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 nights is $25 per night, 8-29 nights is $200, and 30+ nights is $300. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check-in or check-out at a fee of $25 per hour. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a charge of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. The bedroom is furnished to meet all your business needs with an office desk, a 24-inch monitor, and a chair. High-speed fiber Wi-Fi is available to ensure a seamless work-from-home experience.
