This apartment includes one free parking space in a secured garage one block away (the Brewery Parking Structure). Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs $25/day (and increases during events). Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one. The garage has a vertical clearance of 7'2" which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans. Located in the heart of the historic brewery district and connected to the iconic Pabst sign spanning Juneau Ave, the apartment is a 5-minute walk to Fiserv Forum down cobblestone streets and a 5-minute drive to Downtown, Third Ward, and Marquette University. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. There is a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, and a $150 fine will be assessed, with additional fees for remediation potentially applying. Quiet time is after 10pm. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
