Dormitory housing in the heart of ManitowocDormitory housing. Each room is furnished with a twin bed, dresser, chair, and a mini refrigerator. All rooms have a closet and a window. Balconies are located on each end of the building. A large private parking lot is provided. All utilities are included. Cleaning service is provided for all common areas. Common areas include laundry room, living room, and Kitchen. Bathrooms are located on all 3 floors. Vending machings and change machines are located on the main floor. Extra storage space available on site. No long term contracts. Rooms are rented on a month to month basis. Ideal for transitional housing, temporary housing for traveling workers. Pay a fraction of the price of a hotel. Long term tenants are welcome. WI-FI availiable for an addtional fee. The Pines apartments does not charge any fee whatsoever for applications, showings, or any other reason up until you sign the lease. If anyone asks you for money before you sign a lease, it is a scam. We never ask for money upfront. Online applications can be filled out on our website at Please allow one week for processing. Once approved, applicants must schedule a showing with our office 1 day in advance. Showings may be conducted on weekdays between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. No showings on weekends.Applicants who apply are not guaranteed a rental. Available rentals will be leased out to the most qualified applicant. The listing remains active until an approved applicant has signed the lease. Other applicants may still apply, however, there may be other applicants who are already approved before them.
