Live in a National Historic Landmark! Rare opportunity for UW-Madison students to live in a National Historic Landmark, close to west campus in University Heights neighborhood (10–15-minute walk to Camp Randall, Engineering and Union South). Four room furnished suite can accommodate 1-4 people either as a group or as a separate single unit and double/triple unit that share a bath. Tenants will share the common areas of the house (kitchen, living room, dining room, libraries, laundry, basement party room) with 8 other men who are members of the Sigma Phi Society (a small men’s fraternity) and will be expected to contribute to the general upkeep of these areas to maintain the landmark in good condition. Tenants may be offered the opportunity to join Sigma Phi if mutually agreed upon, but this is not an expectation. All utilities and wi-fi are included. No smoking and no pets allowed.
