One - two bedroom, one bath, living room (or the front room could be used as a 2nd Bedroom) and small office space house located just one block from Lake Mendota in the downtown area. The house is also very close to UW & MATC campus and also only 10 minutes to the Madison Airport. This house is small but comfortable and easy to manage on your own. There are hardwood floors and new LVP just added. Updated kitchen and bath with plenty of cabinetry and storage. Washer and Dryer in the basement which is accessed from the back along with dry basement storage. The house has a big front porch and small patio area out back with a great back yard entertaining. Tenant does the trash removal (moving cans to the street and back each week), and has some Lawn Care (cutting the grass in the back, front and front medium strip during the summer as needed) and snow removal (shoveling the sidewalk when it snows).
