Great little house up for rent! I live in the right unit and you would be on the left (similar to a duplex, each unit has it's own living space). The washer and dryer is shared in the basement and utilities are split evenly between myself and you. I will admit the bathroom is a bit small but it's super nice! You are welcome to use the garage for some storage but if you need to put a vehicle in there we can discuss that. And for pets, they are accepted on a case by case basis. I am easy to work with and flexible on the lease, come check it out! I promise, you'll love it, it's close to everything.
