At Appleton Corporate Housing we have 67 furnished units from Oshkosh through Green Bay. Despite doing our best work on the updates to our beautiful units at Kimberplace, these are our best priced options in our deck! Location is Kimberly, within 15 minutes from either of Appleton's hospitals. (Feel free to map it at 405 S Railroad Street, Kimberly). Our nurses and travel execs wanted something decadent and comfy they could love, but at our best pricepoint. These units are appointed with granite or quartz countertops, have a range of fun floors with no carpet for keeping things super clean, and have spacious kitchens and bedroom. We also have a beautiful custom built marble tile electric fireplace and 65" TV mounted inside to keep you cozy and entertained. Why is this our best pricepoint? For one it's about 2 minutes outside of Appleton and we see a few less searches for Kimberly. Laundry is free in building not in unit. The units in this building include the photographed Blue Daisy, located on the first floor. We also have the Emerald Panda, with similar appointments, but where you have grey marble we have black and white marble fireplace and some bolder color choices. The flooring is a very modern urban loft vibe with gold, black, slate and white planks. The upstairs two units have quartz countertops and an oil brushed bronze finish. They also have the black and white fireplace and a blue, slate, black and white plank modern loft flooring. The themes are just being finished up but one is the Blue Hive (kind of a bee theme); and the other name may be the Fox Cities Burrow. All units were almost complete as of 2/17/2023 and are just awaiting some final furniture and decor for our next guests. If you want everything new, this is the place for you! Parking is a lot straight off the front door (just a handful of paces to door/a few steps). Room for more than one car if desired. Laundry is large and comfy and there are extra storage areas for each guest that are large and may be used on request if needed.
