Restricted breeds that may not visit or be maintained in the Leased Premises include, but are not limited to, the following: Pit Bulls, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, Wolf-dog Hybrid, all Mastiff breeds, and American Staffordshire Terrier. Also no mixed breed involving one or more of the aforementioned or no animals, including a dog of any breed, with a bite history or vicious tendencies. No birds, poisonous animals or exotic animals of any kind.

Our community welcomes 2 pets per apartment home. Pet rent is $75 per month per pet. Max weight limit of 100 pounds per pet, and breed restrictions apply. Current photo and vaccination records requested
