We have underground heated parking available for $125 per month. We also have surface stalls available for $85 per month. Residents are also welcome to work with the City to secure parking in the North Barstow ramp (approx. $50/month).

Pet Policy

Dogs Allowed

We allow all dog breeds on property. All dogs on premises must be recorded on a residential lease. We allow two dogs per unit. For a dog to live on property, there is a monthly fee of $50 per pet. Additionally, there is a one-time fee of $65 per dog required at move-in.
