This Property is located on Eau Claire's West Side (Maple Street) near Downtown, Luther/Mayo Hospital and the North Crossing. There is a small park (Kessler Park) 1/2 a block away with a small playground area, swing set, basketball court and a ball field. Nice, family friendly neighborhood. This is an older but updated 4-Unit Building with some very neat features including built-ins and high ceilings. This particular unit was completely remodeled in 2021 with a new bathroom and kitchen. NEW Vinyl windows were installed in the Fall of '23 and a new porch and sidewalk were also done in 2023 & 2024.
