The following aggressive breeds will not be allowed on the premises: Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Doberman, Pinchers, Pit Bulls (also known as Staffordshire Terriers or Bull Terriers), Chow Chows, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids, Presa Canarios, and Shar-Peis. Otherwise, only caged/aquarium/terrarium animals/birds/fish allowed. No rabbits or ferrets, no exotic pets (spiders, snakes etc.)
All pet owners must have a signed pet clause included with the lease packet. A statement from veterinarian of the maximum weight for dogs. Regular security deposit is $250.00. Security deposit with pets is 1/2 month's rent.
