The unit we have open 11/2 is in an 8-family building next to West Ridge. They are 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartments. They include heat, hot water and cooking gas. Recently remodeled it has stainless steel appliances and Included is one parking space (no garages at this property). We permit pet cats and certain other caged animals, just not pet dogs. There is a storage unit and laundry in the basement $1.75 per load. For the rest of West Ridge we do not have any openings, but you can apply for the wait list.
