Very nice, bright apartment in a new building. The apartment has a walk in closet, laundry, balcony. Located on the 5th floor. There is an elevator. Also building has is a separate library room, a place for work. The apartment is not pet friendly, unless you have a service pet. The reason for my search for subleasing is that the project I worked on ended ahead of time and I had to move. My lease is calculated until the end of May 2022. According to the building management rules, if you like everything, of course, a new lease will be created for a year. In that case, I agree to pay for the first month of your stay. Price $ 1450. You will also need to pay a security deposit which is equal a mothly payment.
