111 Kirtley Strasse Apartments

This is a very large 2 Bedroom, Second Story Apartment in an old 1860's Mansion. It has a large covered, private Porch and high ceilings. It does have central air and the Bedroom is very large with lots of closet space. There are only two garages for this building, so they rotate on a first come basis, which means if somebody moves out, a garage could come available, for an extra fee. There is a skylight in the kitchen. This sits on 4.5 acres of ground which has lots of trees and a pond. Parking space is off street and at the bottom of the covered stairs. I can show you the grounds and the apartment at your request. We are currently taking applications for those interested. We do not supply appliances and all utilities are paid by the tenant. I will say, that it has an apartment on both sides and underneath, which means of the apartments in this building, the heating and cooling are the least expensive.
