The application fee is $15 per person over the age of 18 and there is an additional fee for a background check that is paid directly to the screening company. We collect a $150 holding deposit for the unit to be held while you are completing the application process. The $150 will be credited to your deposit upon completion and approval of the application, or returned to you if you do not qualify.
