The tenant pays all utilities at this location which are electric and water. The unit is all electric (no gas). A dumpster is on site for trash pickup. With approval, a smaller pet (25lbs. or less) is permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet deposit. Applicant(s) must meet income requirements and pass a background and credit check to qualify. A six month lease is available and increases the security deposit and rent by $50/month. Move in date must be within 30 days of approval.
