The exterior photos are from BEFORE the remodel began. This house was purchased October 30, 2024 and is undergoing major renovation. I included the before photos so people could at least get an idea of the layout of the house. Updated photos have been added on the kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom and exterior updated photos coming soon. It is expected to be available for rent May 1, 2025. 4/18/25 Update: The kitchen remodel is complete. The bathroom remodel is complete. The exterior was just painted light gray. New central heat and air has been installed. New privacy fence was installed in the back yard. We are still waiting on the windows to arrive. 6 of the windows will be replaced in late April or early May. They will also wrap the rest of the existing windows with metal so they all match from the exterior.
