The Terraces at Summitview offers adults 62 and older an affordable, month-to-month rental option in Yakima.
Conveniently located near all Yakima has to offer, The Terraces at Summitview is an established, welcoming nonprofit Life Plan Community set on 10 beautifully landscaped acres. Here, you’ll find a friendly, small-town neighborhood feeling with the flexibility of independent living apartments available on a month-to-month rental basis.

As Yakima’s only Life Plan Community, The Terraces offers the freedom and independence you want today, along with peace of mind for the future.
