Hello everyone. I have a room available in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house near the Perry Technical Institute. Great for students. This is for male students only. It is also not too far from the Yakima Valley College. The rent is 1000 all utilities included and internet. You will be able to move in now. The kitchen is shared with other house tenants. The Master bedroom has its own personal bathroom. No pets please, unless you have something smaller than a cat. Like fish, hamster or lizard that will only stay in your room. No parties, no smoking, no drugs. Just to let you know that smoking is not allowed even on the premise. (This includes vaping) So if you smoke, this is not a place for you sorry. The rent is month to month and there is a 100 dollar deposit that you will get back when you leave. You do NOT need to pay a first and last month rent, only if you want to. I will also conduct a criminal background check that I will pay for. There is a shared washer and dryer machine in the living room for everyone to have access to them. The room is big enough for 2 twin beds so if 2 students want to share the room it will be $500 each for the room. I have a student who is interested. So if you want to share the room but you don't have anyone in mind to share it with, I could connect you.
