Parking is easy in front of house on friendly culdesac with quick/easy access to freeway routes 16 and 5. Great walks down to Puget Sound beach/trails and even over the famous Narrows bridge Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Winco and other grocery and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to library, Tacoma Community College, and bus connections. No smoke(ing) of any kind on property. No parties. No overnight guests. Rare and brief guests are ok with advanced notice as long as there's no inconvenience to other residents. Single occupant only. No pets.
