This home is in the best neighborhood, just a block from a brand new elementary school and close to all the amenities. It has an open layout, lots of storage, a one-car garage, a yard with a patio, and washer and dryer. Yard care is included in the rent, but all other utilities are the tenant's responsibility. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Pets are not allowed. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, based on who submits their application fee first. Applicants must have income that is three times the rent and a minimum credit score of 630. (See the criteria for analysis of applications.) The tenant pay for all repairs. Apartment is currently being fixed up, and the availability dates for renting it may change. Plus, there’s a 2% annual increase in rent.
