This clean 3 bed, 2 bath home is a ranch. The primary bedroom suite is on one end and the additional bedrooms with full bath on the other side. The second and third bedrooms are generously sized, with walk in closets. The living-dining-kitchen are open concept. There will be a shed and driveway parking for two cars.
There are mountain views from the front windows of the house.
Water and sewer are covered by the owner, except if the county charges for overage based on the well's meter.
Application fee is $50 per adult. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit, submitted the application and paid the fee.
