There is off street parking for up to two cars. There is also room in the shed if you have a bicycle. A cat or small dog (under 30 lbs) OK on approval. We use to evaluate. Additional refundable deposit. Must be adult & fixed. Pet application required. Application fee is $50 per adult. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit, submitted the application and paid the fee.
