Electricity, garbage, and internet/TV are tenant's responsibility, but this home is on a septic and has a private well so there's no water nor sewer bill, and yard care is included too. One cat or small/medium dog is possible with additional $500 refundable security deposit and $50 per month in pet rent. First and last month's rent, security deposit and a non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required. We are looking for long-term, responsible, non-smoking/vaping, tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month.
