Tenants are responsible for electricity, water, garbage and tv/internet (if desired). Pets No pets preferred but one cat or small/medium dog is possible on a case-by-case basis with $50/month pet rent + $500 refundable deposit Move-In Requirements First month’s rent Last month’s rent $1,700 refundable security deposit $400 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee Tenants are required to have a renters insurance policy Applicant Criteria We seek long-term, responsible, non-smoking/vaping tenants, with good rental references or mortgage payment history, and verified monthly income at least 3x the rent.
