In fact, the master bath is split as a 3/4 bath on one side and a tub/sink on the other. The master suite is on one side of the house, the other bedrooms and full bath on the other side of the house. There is a mudroom prior to entering the kitchen from the back yard. The interior has been painted. The new plank vinyl has never been lived on. The yard could be a gardener's delight. There are many beautiful plants, veggie garden area. The landlord will provide seasonal pruning, but there will be mowing and weeding at a minimum. There is an extra building that still needs paint and flooring. OK to use for storage. Pets considered on a case by case basis. There is no fenced yard. Additional deposit. Must be adult, fixed and friendly. Application fee is $50 per adult. We do NOT accept portable applications.
