On-site management and an in-house maintenance staff ensures a well-maintained, clean, and peaceful property where maintenance issues are promptly and successfully addressed. The Magnolia is a tranquil community on the edge of Discovery Park providing hiking, running, and biking trails, beach-combing, picnic areas, tennis courts and boat-watching. The Elliott Bay Marina and world-class restaurant, Palisades, are at the south end of Magnolia with wonderful city and bay views and spectacular yachts. Parking is available at $50.00 per month in our enclosed, controlled-access garage and assigned storage lockers are available.
