Parla welcomes cats and dogs to our apartment community. We permit a maximum of two (2) pets per apartment with a weight limit of 80 lbs. when fully grown (that's a big cat). There is a refundable pet deposit of $400.00 and a monthly pet rent of $50.00 for 1 or 2 pets.
