The property is part of a complex with 3 townhome units. This one is on the end so only shares one wall with neighbor. There is a small fenced back yard perfect for hanging out in and letting a dog go to the bathroom. In addition to that there is a covered patio to bbq on year round along with a covered storage area on the side of the house. Inside there are two bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom as well. On the second level is the kitchen with hard wood floors and a quarter bathroom. Downstairs is the garage, storage and another quarter bathroom. There is a built in perfect for storing coats, sports equipment and outdoor gear. The driveway up to the garage is a straight shot so very easy to park in unlike a lot of townhomes where you have tight turns to get into. Street parking is readily available so most tenants have used the space for extra storage. In addition there is laundry and an extra refrigerator in the garage as well. Lastly it is in very short walking proximity to a variety of coffee shops, bars and restaurants on 65th street. To name a few would be Main Stay Cafe, The Dray, Joli, The Barking Dog and a few others. Also about a 10 minute walk from a majority of the breweries such as Stoup and Reubens. This rental requires a year long lease with a possibility to go month to month after that. I am available to show it on the weekends. Up front you will pay for the first months rent of $3,600 along with a deposit equal to one months rent. The lease does not include utilities. If you are interested in seeing the property and submitting an application a $45 dollar fee is associated with that to run your credit and background check per person. Each person in the dwelling (maximum of 2) must submit an application. You will also be required to provide proof of employment with 2 most recent pay stubs and rental history. To rent the unit you must have a minimum credit score of 700 or more. Every applicant living there must meet this criteria. In addition you must have verifiable income 3x the amount of rent. Unfortunately we will not accept a reusable tenant screening report. The unit is pet friendly if you would like to have a cat or small dog (under 30 pounds) live with you there it is a $900 refundable deposit for the pet (maximum 1pet). The house and property has a no smoking policy.
