The home’s cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest. If the housekeeping crew finds an unreasonable mess or anything is damaged, an additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning or maintenance required. There is no smoking of any kind allowed at the property, including any form of cannabis or vape both inside the residence and in the outdoor spaces. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $250 deep cleaning fee will apply. Also, please ensure that the number of guests matches your reservation, as each person generates more to clean. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number. Pets are not allowed at the property. Anyone found to have brought a pet of any kind onto the property will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately. In consideration of the neighborhood and other neighbors, guests must adhere to quiet hours (no loud music, loud talking or games) from 9pm to 9am daily.
